One of the most incredible artists of the late Silver Age was Neal Adams, who entered the comic-book scene in the late 1960s.  His artwork was simply stunning, and he specialized in drawing comic-book covers which simply grabbed your attention.  Although Neal Adams was a regular, highly lauded, story artist for other DC characters such as Batman and Green Lantern, he drew only two Superman stories during the Silver Age (World’s Finest 175 & 176).  On the other hand, he drew a large number of covers for the Superman family of comics during that period, all of spectacular quality.
