This is a list of Superman stories written by Jerry Siegel (with GEMs highlighted).  The list includes links for the following: (a) Wiki page (from the Grand Comics Database, or GCD), (b) e-book (available upon request), and (c) More info on each comic (via optional posts by various contributors).

Please note that the list is sortable by each column.  (Multiple levels of sorting are possible by sorting more than one column in succession, from lowest to highest.)  You can also do an instant filtering of the table by entering a character string in the ‘Search’ field.

As the co-creator of Superman, Jerry Siegel had already established his name in history, but he took his legacy even further in the Silver Age by collaborating with Mort Weisinger to build and expand the Superman mythology during the Silver Age.  He was a prolific writer who scripted many beautiful human-interest stories from 1959 to 1966.  Unfortunately, his relationship with DC Comics was choppy because of a copyright dispute regarding the Superman character, and he had to struggle for most of his career to get the recognition that he and his co-creator Joe Shuster deserved.  Eventually, DC did the right thing: now, whenever Superman is portrayed in any medium, it is accompanied by the words “Superman created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster”.
