Please note that the list is sortable by each column. (Multiple levels of sorting are possible by sorting more than one column in succession, from lowest to highest.)  You can also do an instant filtering of the table by entering a character string in the ‘Search’ field.

Daffy Duck is one of the most popular characters from the Looney Tunes universe, known for his zany antics and off-the-wall humor.  Daffy made his debut in the Dell publication Four Color Comics in 1953, and shortly thereafter graduated to having his own Dell comic title.  The series continued until 1962, featuring Daffy in a variety of hilarious adventures, often alongside other Looney Tunes characters.  After the Dell series ended, Gold Key Comics picked up the Daffy Duck title and began publishing their own comics featuring the character.  The Gold Key series continued until 1984 (the last few being published under the Whitman brand) and featured new and reprinted stories featuring Daffy and his Looney Tunes cohorts.

Throughout both the Dell and Gold Key series, Daffy was often accompanied by supporting characters such as Elmer Fudd and Porky Pig.  These characters would often become involved in Daffy’s zany adventures, whether as a straight man to his comedy or as an antagonist.  For much of its history, the principal illustrator for Daffy Duck was Phil De Lara, who shaped the look and feel of the character.  Overall, the Daffy Duck comics have been a beloved part of the character’s history and have provided readers with countless laughs over the years.  A cover gallery of Daffy Duck comics can be found here.
